Manifesting tickets to JLO concert

In our first blogpost S shares one of her favorite manifestation experiences - manifesting tickets to a sold out JLO concert.

Ever since I can remember, both M and I have been big fans of Jennifer Lopez. I think it was M who got me into it at first - we loved her style, music, movies and perfumes. However, over the years JLO started to represent something bigger for me. She became the perfect example of what it means to be "driven" in life. Instead of an actress and an artist, she became a source of motivation and inspiration - a walking proof of how we can really have, do and be it all. 

Therefore, it propably doesn't come as a surprise when I tell you that when I heard JLO was going to have her first concert in my hown city, I was beyond excited. Unfortunately, so were thousands of other people too. The tickets sold out in minutes and it seemed like there was nothing to be done about it. 

For some reason, I didn't start dwelling on my misfortune (even though that would have been the typical thing to do for my 20- year old self). Instead, I felt like I was truly excited for the people who had managed to get tickets and were going to see her. And here comes the thing that I believe really led me to my manifestation; 

I had watched her perform on her tour in another country and I knew she would start her set with the song: "Get Right". Everyday when I walked to work or back home, I would play that song and imagine how it would feel to be there in the concert and how the music would start and the crowd would cheer and she would finally appear. For some reason, I didn't feel sadness of that I was going to miss all of that - I just felt excitement of how cool that would be. 

Some time passes and one day I noticed my boyfriend at the time was trying to call me at work. This was a bit out of the ordinary, and I wondered if something serious had happened. When I picked up the phone, the most bizarre thing happened. He asked if I had wanted to go to the JLO concert. I said yes, but all the tickets are sold out. He said that he is looking right now and for some reason there had come available seats from the best rows in the entire concert hall. He suggested that he would buy tickets for myself, my sister and my mother. As you may guess, I had no problem with that. Till this day I wonder what made him go check out the tickets (he wasn't a fan and barely knew who JLO was) and how wonderful it was that not only did I manifest a ticket for myself, I got to experience it with my mom and sis.

I have manifested many things in my life, but this remains my favorite manifestaton story to tell. The key takeaways from this story that can help you in your manifestation journey is persisting even when things don't seem to work out and the idea of using music as a tool to manifest things. I believe music speaks to our subconscious mind very efficiently, and if you have a situation that you could associate with a particular song, start playing it on repeat and feel good that what you are manifesting is about to become real.

M was at the concert too. She started crying when she saw JLO - that's one reason why I love my bestie so much.
